Customer Support Specialist
Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist at Wired, you will be the welcoming face of our company, providing exceptional service to our valued clients at our location on 121 Highlands Rd, Franklin, NC. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with clients one-on-one at our front desk along with answering emails and phone calls. You'll be checking in computers and other electronic devices, scheduling appointments for technical support, and directing clients to the appropriate department.
While some light tech support will be asked of you once you have learned the basics of the position, the focus is on delivering outstanding customer service. Your friendly and professional demeanor will play a key role in making every client feel appreciated and valued.
Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and assisting clients at the front desk, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.

Checking in computers and other devices for support or repair, and providing status updates to clients.

Answering incoming phone calls and addressing client inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.

Scheduling appointments for on-site technical support visits.

Directing clients to the appropriate department based on their needs.

Learning and providing basic technical support as needed.

Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
Requirements:

Self-motivated individual with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients.

Basic technical knowledge of computers and technology (training can be provided).

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Location: 121 Highlands Rd, Franklin, NC
Expected Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: $13 - $17 per hour depending on experience
